Leasing can be a tricky business - you need the proper knowledge to ensure you aren't breaking any laws that could cost you your Real Estate license. With this option, YOU maintain the Rental Listing Relationship with your clients. Freedom will execute our management agreement and partner with YOU to market the rental, generate tenant leads, and process applications. Once a tenant is approved we take over the lease preparation, inspections, and move-in. No referral fee is paid, however you ensure that your landlord, and their new tenant, are being properly taken care of from the very start!
